In our continuous effort to improve the quality of service provided to all of our members, we are asking you to participate in a new service program. Our expectation is exceptional service and this program is designed to encourage and reward staff who provide exceptional service to you and all other Members and Guests who come to the Club.
We will be handing out 'Caught at my Best' cards to all members. You may share one anytime you receive exceptional service from the FFC Staff from any Department including Member Services, Front Desk, Spa, all Fitness and Group Fitness, and Maintenance and Housekeeping. The purpose of these cards is to recognize someone who has exceeded your expectations.
The FFC Staff and Club who receive the most cards will be rewarded for their commitment to providing the level of service that our reputation is built on.

Welcome New FFC South Loop Personal Trainers Alyssa, Christina and Vinnie!
Alyssa Wierhaas is a Stott certified Pilates Instructor and a certified Aqua Pilates Instructor. Alyssa specializes in postural analysis, flexibility, and is ready to create a program for your individual needs! Contact her at aweirhaas@ffc.com.

Group Fitness Class--Be Kind to Your Spine
This class is developed to increase more flexibility in your spine and to give you more range of motion. This class will use light props such as flex bands and fitness circles.
~Relieve lower back pain ~ Reduce tension in your neck and shoulders ~ Increase core awareness ~ Improve your ability to function in day to day activity
This program includes four classes which meet once a week on Tuesdays beginning July 8th at 7:00 am.

July Parent's Night Out
With summer brings another Parent's Night Out! Plan on a 4 hour long Parent's Night Out on Saturday, July 28th, from 4-8pm. This month’s theme is the Zoo so dress your children up in the colors of their favorite zoo animal and we will paint their faces!
