Lose to Win 2010
Join the FFC weight loss challenge that will begin January 4th. Program includes weekly weight loss activities, discounts of fitness services for a competitive edge, and weekly raffle prizes. Each male and female club winner will win a “Lose to Win 2010 Champion” shirt and be entered into a grand prize raffle. One FFC male and female member will win a year of Personal Training or Pilates Training. Contact your Fitness Director for directions on registration.
11th Annual Fitness Formula Clubs Indoor Triathlon Series
Participate in the Chicago’s Largest Indoor Triathlon Series. Our indoor triathlon consists of a 15 minute swim, 20 minute bike, and 15 minute run. Total mileage accumulated is ranked to determine your place. Waves begin at 8:00am and proceed every 25 minutes. Register at www.ffc.com/triathlon or at your home club. Event dates this year are Saturday, January 23rd at FFC Oak Park, Saturday, February 13th at FFC Gold Coast, Saturday, March 6th at FFC Union Station, and Saturday, March 27th at FFC East Lakeview.

This is a program that combines coached cardiovascular training and Pilates workouts in a small group setting to achieve your fitness potential. Program includes one coached mat class, one coached reformer class, and one coached cardiovascular class per week.

Have you ever wanted to try Pilates equipment training but were afraid to ask? Fitness Formula Clubs satisfies that interest. The Reformer is the predominant piece of Pilates apparatus, designed to uniformly lengthen the body with gentle resistance. Because the reformer is spring loaded, it is gentle to the joints and can accommodate any body. Core, centering, concentration, breath, and precision are the guiding principles of Pilates. Classes meet once a week for 8 weeks.
