Lose to Win 2010
Join the FFC weight loss challenge that will begin January 4th. Program includes weekly weight loss activities, discounts of fitness services for a competitive edge, and weekly raffle prizes. Each male and female club winner will win a “Lose to Win 2010 Champion” shirt and be entered into a grand prize raffle. 11th Annual Fitness Formula Clubs Indoor Triathlon Series
Participate in the Chicago’s Largest Indoor Triathlon Series. Our indoor triathlon consists of a 15 minute swim, 20 minute bike, and 15 minute run. Total mileage accumulated is ranked to determine your place. Waves begin at 8:00am and proceed every 25 minutes. Register at www.ffc.com/triathlon or at your home club. Event dates this year are Saturday, January 23rd at FFC Oak Park, Saturday, February 13th at FFC Gold Coast, Saturday, March 6th at FFC Union Station, and Saturday, March 27th at FFC East Lakeview.

NEW for 2010!! Join FFC’s fitness staff EVERY 3rd Monday of the month for fitness activities, free Pilates and Bootcamp demonstrations, free body fat testing, monthly fitness program promotions and giveaways. Classes start weekly with multiple days and times offered. Boot Camp provides all fitness levels a grueling session; challenging all eight phases of fitness: strength, endurance, cardiovascular, agility, balance, flexibility, stamina, and coordination. This Individualized workout program focuses on developing a strong "core" or center of the body. Pilates strengthens and lengthens muscles without creating bulk. Pilates promotes physical and mental well-being by emphasizing proper breathing, correct spinal alignment, and complete concentration on smooth, flowing movements.
