Important Facts for Passport Users

The International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) established the IHRSA Passport Program to give members of participating IHRSA clubs guest privileges in over 3,000 clubs worldwide when traveling. While most of the clubs will be able to accommodate visitors, they do reserve the right to schedule visits at a time that is convenient for their members. Most clubs will charge a guest fee per visit.

Using the IHRSA Passport Program is simple. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Ask a staff member for a valid Passport ID card or a Passport sticker for your membership card.
  2. Using the IHRSA Passport search box below, conduct a search to locate an IHRSA Passport club in the area where you will be traveling.
  3. Call the club that you'd like to visit in advance to verify any guest fees that may apply as well as to confirm the availability of facilities you plan on using.
  4. Upon arrival, show the front desk staff your Passport identification, pay the guest fee and you're in!

Passport Program Reminders:

  • Not all IHRSA clubs choose to participate in the Passport Program, but only IHRSA member clubs are eligible.
  • You may only obtain Passport ID cards and Passport stickers from your club. IHRSA does not distribute these materials directly to members of participating clubs.
  • You may only use Passport clubs that are located at least 50 miles away from your club.
  • The IHRSA Passport Program is not intended for temporary membership privileges, or for transferring a membership. It is designed for use on a short-term visitation basis only. If you are planning on an extended stay, please consult your host club for any offer they might extend you.

We hope you enjoy your reciprocal access privileges.
