As a FitnessFormulaClub member you are entitled to a New
Member Assessment and Orientation which
includes: introduction to Club features and services;
introduction to basic exercise concepts; learn proper use of
exercise equipment and establish a basic workout routine
using proper training principles and exercise fundamentals.
