Trek Across America at FFC South Loop!

FFC South Loop is challenging YOU to a trek across the country right at FFC South Loop! Once you sign up, you receive your own personal workout card that you keep at the Club. Every time you come in for a workout, you will receive a sticker to put on your workout card that will be worth "mileage". Different workouts are worth different amounts of mileage.

All members who complete the Trek will receive an FFC SL Trek Across America T-Shirt!

This special 6-week program begins September 2nd and ends October 20th. Earn miles with every workout that you complete, including cardio, weights, group exercise, and personal training/Pilates! NEW Class: Be Kind to Your Spine

This class is developed to increase more flexibility in your spine, giving you better range of motion. This class will use light props such as flex bands, and fitness circles. You may experience the following results:

* Relieve lower back pain * Reduce tension in your neck and shoulders * Increase core awareness * Improve your ability to function in day to day activity

Welcome NEW Instructors Alyssa Weishaar and Christina Ratleff to the FFC South Loop Pilates Staff!

Both Christina and Alyssa are Certified Pilates Instructors who specialize in postural analysis, flexibility, and are ready to create a program for your individual needs! Alyssa is available Tuesday & Thursday early mornings and late afternoons, as well as Fridays . Contact her at aweishaar@ffc.com.
